She did it! Joanna finally took her first steps on her 13 month birthday! Just when I had come to terms with the fact that it could be a while until she starts walking on her own, she surprised me and decided to take off! In the first couple weeks of walking, Joanna improved faster than I could blink. Two weeks later, she's even attempting a run (which usually ends with a face full of carpet!). I just cannot believe how much she is growing and changing!
